# Introduction

Validata met à disposition des modules de tests pour chaque jeu de données se rapportant à l’un ou l’autre des schémas de référence publiés sur [schema.data.gouv](https://schema.data.gouv.fr/). Les spécifications des schémas de données sont traduites sous forme de modules exécutables. Chaque module vérifie la conformité du jeu de données vis-à-vis des contraintes de format et de contenu définis dans les schémas concernés. La plateforme de validation est basée sur une architecture [Frictionlessdata](https://frictionlessdata.io/), de portée internationale, et intégrant nativement de nombreux modules utiles aux fonctionnalités de Validata.
