## A qui s'adresse cette offre ? 

L'offre de service D-Lyne s'adresse aux collectivités qui souhaitent pouvoir bénéficier d'une solution de production de données  de qualité, encadrées par les formats de référence décrit dans le [Socle Commun des Données Locales](https://scdl.opendatafrance.net).

## Conditions commerciales d'accès au service

L'accès au service D-Lyne est gratuit pour les collectivités membres d'OpenDataFrance et/ou situées dans le département de Haute-Garonne.

Pour les collectivités qui ne sont pas membre d'OpenDataFrance, l'offre proposée est la suivante :

| entre 10 000 et 50 000 habitants  | NC               | A venir     |
